Network Changes from 1st August 2026

Irizar in new housing estate

Additional buses are serving Castle Hill as the B is now re-routed along the bus way and away from the A2. There is also an increase in frequency on the A and N. Direct bus links have been restored between Ingress Park and Greenhithe with Gravesend.

Timetables and our new network and route maps have now been published online. New timetable booklets are available online and are available to community spaces across Thameside. Contact customer services if your school or community centre would like some timetable leaflets.

Changes to services from 1st August

  • Route A: Services are running more frequently, increasing from every 15 minutes to every 12 minutes. There are also be some small changes to evening service frequencies, and once new charging infrastructure is installed at Acacia Hall, the route will be extended to serve the Acacia Hall Bus Hub.
  • Route AZ: There are additional journeys between Gravesend and Amazon LCY3. The stop at Ebbsfleet International has been removed due to low passenger use. Some journeys between Dartford and Amazon LCY3 are operating as Route N.
  • Route B: This route has been changed to operate via Whitecliffe between Bluewater and Ebbsfleet International. This delivers new direct connections between Dartford and Darent Valley Hospital with Whitecliffe, and more reliable journey times between Bluewater and Gravesend by not using the A2. There have also been minor changes to the frequency of evening services.
  • Route C: The new C Route replaces existing routes E and F. This now runs every 15 minutes between Ingress Park and Bluewater, with buses every 30 minutes extending to Gravesend via Whitecliffe, Ebbsfleet International and Cable Wharf. This restores a direct connection between Ingress Park and Greenhithe with Gravesend which was lost following service changes in response to the collapse of Galley Hill. Through ticketing introduced for Service F for journeys to Dartford and Gravesend from Ingress Park and Greenhithe via Route B continues to remain in place.
  • Route N: Enhanced night services. Buses now run every 30 minutes at night, seven days a week, with Whitecliffe served for the first time. In Temple Hill, the route has been slightly changed to run via Trevithick Drive instead of Littlebrook Manor Way and Henderson Drive.

Changes to the B/F through ticket from 1st August

The B/F through ticket is now renamed the B/C through ticket, continuing to provide residents and visitors with an equitable single ticket that allows through travel to and from Ingress Park on to routes B and N at Bluewater.
