Through Ticketing to / from Ingress Park
On Saturday 5th April, Fastrack introduced a new service, route F. It is running between Ingress Park and Bluewater, every 12 minutes.
We have done this due to the long-term closure of Galley Hill and local resident feedback. The new F services means that we continue to serve Ingress Park without increasing the running time of the route B significantly.
So that passengers do not have to pay more, we have introduced a new single ticket that allows through travel to and from Ingress Park on to the B service at Bluewater
Simply ask the driver on services B and F for a through ticket to your destination, and they will be able to issue your through ticket. The ticket will have a QR code on it, so that when you change at Bluewater you can simply scan the QR code on your ticket to board the connecting service.
We are also offering this through ticket in our mobile app - just purchase the 'Service B/F Through Ticket' for £2. These time duration for these tickets lasts slightly longer than our standard single ticket, to allow you to change buses at Bluewater. As with current single tickets, you just scan the QR code on your mobile device on each bus to board.
If you are travelling using tap on, tap off, simply tap on and tap off the first bus, and tap on and tap off the second bus, and your journey will be capped at £2.

You can also view your transactions on our mobile app by going to the “Contactless Journeys” section. Alternatively, our customer service team are happy to assist with questions about prices, and can support you if there are any issues with the amount you are charged.
