At the beginning of 2025 the Government cap on single bus fares rose from £2 to £3. During the first half of 2025, Fastrack froze single fares at a maximum of £2 as a thank you for sticking with us during the service changes that took place in 2024.

With the Government announcement of a long-term extension to the £3 cap on single bus fares, Fastrack has moved in line with other local operators on single fares which are capped at a maximum of £3 per journey. This single fare cap will be locked on Fastrack until at least March 2027.

Under the new fare structure, short trips cost £2, with longer trips rising to £3 per single journey. The Route B&F single ticket for a journey using both routes B and F costs £3, with the Fastrack one-hour ticket rising to £4. The Fastrack Day, Night, Week, Month and Annual tickets remain the same price

Return fares offer a simple discount if you're making a return trip - saving 40p on a shorter journey and 60p on a longer journey. Just ask your driver for a return ticket to your destination.

A summary table of the revised single and return trip prices is found below. Examples of short trips include Castle Hill to Bluewater or Ebbsfleet International; Dartford Town Centre to Temple Hill; and Ingress Park & Greenhithe to Bluewater.
