Fulfilling roles
Ever wondered what it would be like driving our Fastrack buses around Thameside? We don't just employ people to drive the buses and to keep them well maintained. Colleagues who join Fastrack do so as part of a long term and fulfilling career. As well as the driving colleagues you see in and around our community, our colleagues also work behind the scenes from cleaning buses each night, to creating the timetables and keeping our IT infrastructure operating. Roles in our team vary from office-based and supervisory positions to engineers, cleaners and customer service teams, management and beyond, so there is always an option for career progression.

Great training & benefits
When joining our Fastrack team, we offer a competitive rate of pay, holidays starting at twenty-five days per year (plus public holidays), and free travel on our buses as well as the rest of Go-Ahead (except London and Manchester) for yourself and immediate family. We can provide full driver training from day one, whether you have a bus license or not, we teach you how to drive! We also provide ongoing training throughout your career with a team of fully qualified instructors.
Working for Fastrack requires applicants to pass a satisfactory DBS check from Kent County Council.
