Swanscombe Family Hub offers support to children, young people and their families. The hub provides a single place to go for information and make it easier for you to get the services you need throughout your family journey - from newborns to 19-year-olds, or up to 25-year olds with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Kent Family Hubs are designed so you and your family can thrive.
