Roadworks at Rennie Drive Completed

We are pleased to announce that roadworks at Rennie Drive have now been completed, allowing Fastrack buses on Services A and AZ to access the dedicated bus lane directly in both directions to and from the Littlebrook development and the stop at Amazon LCY3. 

This scheme is part of Kent’s Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) and has been funded by the government as part of the National Bus Strategy (NBS). The improvements to the Rennie Drive Fastrack junction will cut the journey time by 2 minutes during normal operation and greatly reduce disruption to services during periods of heavy traffic. As a result, Fastrack customers can look forward to real, meaningful improvements to service reliability and journey times, and quicker recovery from service disruption on Services A and AZ.

We've been glad to work with Kent County Council during the final months of this disruptive but very necessary work to improve the Fastrack bus service, and recognise that Fastrack is an important part of the lives of people living, working, and accessing services in the area we serve.
