Coming Soon: New Operator, More Frequent Buses and Simpler Ticketing

10th Nov 2024 onwards

From Sunday, November 10th, Go-Ahead will take over operating Fastrack bus services in Kent Thameside.

New timetables are being introduced from 04:00 on Sunday November 10th, which bring more frequent and reliable services, running longer through the day and into the night:

Fastrack A will operate every 12 minutes 6am to 11pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and every 30 minutes overnight.
Fastrack B/C will operate every 15 minutes 6am to 11pm 6 days a week, with earlier first buses and later last buses

Fastrack A to operate every 12 minutes 7am to 10pm on Sundays
Fastrack B/C to operate every 15 minutes 7am to 10pm on Sundays, with earlier first buses and later last buses

Fastrack E and AZ will operate to the same frequencies as the existing C2 and AZ services respectively, with a slightly different timetable to improve reliability for these important journeys.

Full fare information will be available soon on this website. As part of our fare plans, Fastrack will continue to be part of the national £2 fare scheme until the scheme ends. Brand-new multi-operator tickets will be available in Dartford, Gravesend and Thameside, allowing you to continue to use Arrive, Go Coach, and Redroute bus services.

Fastrack will operate using our pre-loved diesel buses from Day 1 of the new operation. These are just passing through, however, with 28 new state-of-the-art electric vehicles due to enter service in Spring 2025 on all Fastrack routes.
