Dartford Family Hub offers support to children, young people and their families. The hub provides a single place to go for information and make it easier for you to get the services you need throughout your family journey - from newborns to 19-year-olds, or up to 25-year olds with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Kent Family Hubs are designed so you and your family can thrive.

The nearest bus stops for Dartford Family Hub are the Lowfield Street, which are served by Arriva services.
The nearest Fastrack bus stops are 15 minutes' walk away, called Brooklands Lakes, on the Fastrack bus lane alongside Princes Road and next to Dareth Road. The stops are served by Fastrack service B.
Parking availability:
There is free parking to the right-hand side of the car park for our visitors.
