Information for Arriva ticket holders

We accept the following Arriva-issued tickets:

Kent Thameside Multi-operator tickets

As outlined on our multi-operator ticket page, all Kent Thameside multi-operator tickets issued by Arriva are valid on our buses in the zone or zones in which they are valid. This includes multi-operator tickets purchased using Arriva's "Employee Travel Club" scheme. 

We do not accept the following Arriva tickets:

Fastrack do not accept any other Arriva tickets for travel on Fastrack:

Arriva Single Tickets

We do not accept single tickets either on the Arriva app or issued by Arriva buses. We offer single and return tickets on our buses, and you can buy single tickets on our app - also consider trying tap on, tap off.

Arriva Ingress Park - Greenhithe Weekly Season Tickets

We do not accept these tickets on our buses. Customers are encouraged to consider other tickets on offer, including the Fastrack weekly ticket (£22.50, available on our app) and PlusBus weekly season tickets (£19.80). With the introduction of Service F from April 2025, we also continue to offer £3 through tickets between Ingress Park and destinations on Service B.

Arriva Kent and Medway zone tickets

These tickets are not accepted on Fastrack. Customers are encouraged to consider switching to the multi-operator ticket, and for day travel, we continue to issue and accept Discovery tickets.

Annual Season Tickets

Customers who previously purchased annual or other period season tickets from Arriva for the Dartford, Gravesend, and Thameside zones should purchase the multi-operator equivalent if you wish to travel on Fastrack. 

Arriva Employee Travel Club Tickets

Customers who make use of the Arriva Employee Travel club are advised to ensure that they have purchased the multi-operator ticket for the zone they wish to travel on. All other tickets are not valid on Fastrack services. We are no longer able to honour the "two free children at the weekends and on public holidays - including Christmas Day" offer.

Arriva 3-day and 12-day 'Bundle' tickets

These tickets are not accepted on Fastrack.

Arriva DUO day tickets

These tickets are not accepted on Fastrack.

Arriva Student Saver tickets

These termly and academic year products are not accepted on Fastrack. We offer a Fastrack student annual ticket, and there are new student multi-operator tickets, all available to purchase on our app.

Arriva Connect Smartcards

Arriva Connect smartcards are not accepted for travel on our services, and we are unable to support top-up requests. 

Arriva Customer Service Vouchers

We are not able to exchange or redeem Arriva customer service vouchers for tickets on our services.
