Information for Arriva ticket holders

We accept the following Arriva tickets:
Kent Thameside Multi-operator tickets
As outlined on our multi-operator ticket page, all Kent Thameside multi-operator tickets issued by Arriva are valid on our buses in the zone or zones in which they are valid.
Annual Arriva Tickets purchased before 9th November 2024
Customers who purchased annual season tickets from Arriva for the Dartford, Gravesend, and Thameside zone can be reassured that we will continue to accept full-price adult annual season tickets purchased up to and including the 9th November for travel.
Arriva Employee Travel Club
Customers making use of the Arriva Employee Travel club can continue to do so - all annual tickets purchased before Sunday 10th November will continue to be accepted on Fastrack services, and Fastrack are also accepting multi-operator tickets purchased using the Arriva Employee Travel Club discount for the area in which they wish to travel. We will continue to honour your two free children at the weekends and on public holidays - including Christmas Day.

Arriva Single Tickets
We do not accept single tickets either on the Arriva app or issued by Arriva buses. We offer single and return tickets on our buses, and you can buy single tickets on our app - also consider trying tap on, tap off.
Arriva Ingress Park - Greenhithe Weekly Season Tickets
We are no longer offering the £6 Ingress Park to Greenhithe weekly season ticket, and these tickets are no longer accepted on our buses. Customers are encouraged to consider other tickets on offer, including the Fastrack weekly ticket (£22.50, available on our app) and PlusBus weekly season tickets (£18.90). With the introduction of Service F from April 2025, we also continue to offer £2 through tickets between Ingress Park and destinations on Service B.
Arriva Kent and Medway zone tickets
These tickets are no longer accepted on Fastrack, although they will continue to be accepted on Arriva services. Customers are encouraged to consider switching to the new multi-operator ticket, and for day travel, we will continue to issue and accept Discovery tickets.
Arriva 3-day and 12-day 'Bundle' tickets
These tickets are no longer accepted on Fastrack, although they will continue to be accepted on Arriva services.
Arriva DUO day tickets
These tickets are no longer accepted on Fastrack, although they will continue to be accepted on Arriva services.
Arriva Student Saver tickets
These termly and academic year products are no longer accepted on Fastrack, although they continue to be accepted on Arriva services. We are offering a new Fastrack student annual ticket, and there are new student multi-operator tickets now available to purchase on our app.
Arriva Connect Smartcards
Arriva Connect smartcards are not accepted for travel on our services, and we are unable to support top-up requests.
Arriva Customer Service Vouchers
We are not able to exchange or redeem Arriva customer service vouchers for tickets on our services.
